Robin IS EXCEPTIONAL!... those three words sum up how I feel about my Realtor, Robin McDonald. I am thankful I was referred to her by a mutual friend and I look forward to telling everyone I can about her!  Robin exudes positivity, she's uplifting and honest, she genuinely cares about her clients, that's huge! Her upbeat personality speaks volumes on how much she loves being a Realtor! Robin has the ability to navigate challenging timelines, punch lists, negotiations, etc., and last but not least, finding that perfect home while making it work when crunch time is ON! Robin was constantly looking out for my best interests through the transaction and afterwards checking on me, I knew I was in good hands, backed by a realtor who carries herself with the utmost integrity, and for that, I had peace of mind, and that goes a long way.

 

In a matter of a few short weeks I was making a huge transition from Telluride, CO. to Austin, TX. and not much time in between before taking on a new job. Robin seamlessly found the perfect place for me and I have since moved in... thank goodness!  I can't imagine not having her expertise to lead me through this relocation process. Robin put her blinders on to get me right where I needed to be in a hurry, I couldn't be more grateful. Her attention to detail and professionalism shines through in all she does, she knows how to deliver results that keep both sides agreeable and happy, I'm sure she will continue for years to come.  Austin and surrounding areas are quite fortunate to have her expertise.

We were new to the state of Texas and were at a loss as to where to even start  finding a place to live. Robin did a great job with digging into the details of what we were looking for in a place. With the variety of topography in such a short distance we had a lot of options to choose from and Robin was great with showing us a variety of options and taking that feedback to find more opportunities. She not only helped us find our permanent home in a new state, but she also helped us find a temporary place that fit our needs as an in between place. She was very patient with us and great with following up on items we had questions about and getting us very timely responses. Robin did a fabulous job on handling the few hick-ups that come with purchasing a rural property. Her confidence in closing in the short time frame we were given was awesome. She listed my condo, took professional pictures immediately, and had it leased quickly. Where do I start! I am a first time home buyer and Robin made Me feel so comfortable with making the perfect purchase for my daughter and I. She explained everything in detail and was always there to help me with my million questions. She was seriously always there at my beck and call ha ha I would send her houses that I wanted to see and she would always be there with a smiling face even when she had her surgery she never missed a beat. I highly highly recommend Robin you cannot go wrong with her she is phenomenal!

My Realtor is better than yours! Now that I have your attention, let me tell you why. I knew I wanted to move out of my apartment and I did not want another one. A house was definitely the route I was going, however, I had some challenges. When I met Robin through a referral, she immediately took charge. We worked through the logistics of things and the next thing I knew, I had a listing of houses that could be within my reach.  A few days later we were looking at houses.
